Join us for Fall Sew Day on September 10th 2026!

We have scheduled another big Sew Day for Thursday, September 10th. It will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Eugene Oregon. (1376 Olive Street.) We will probably start at 9:30 am and the event will run until 3:00 pm. We should have a flyer done soon.

We are focusing on our floral prints and solids this time. We have a simple block planned that uses both. All fabric will be cut and ready for volunteers to sew.

Last spring we made enough blocks for 13 quilts.

The main objective of these sew day events is to turn our scraps into blocks - but it is also a fundraiser for us. This fall, we will be selling Papa’s Pizza Coupon Flyers for $15 (they have a value of over $100 in savings) along with some other quilty items we will have for sale. With all our new endeavors and growth, we need to keep the donations coming in so we can continue to increase our quilt production.
